Born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, Richie Lewis grew up around local flavor and fresh seafood. Over the years he has tried his hand at all varieties of boiling. He has even won awards for his boiled crawfish recipe. Opening up Jackpot Seafood and sharing his love of good people and great food is his dream come true!
